Returns & Refund Policy 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or refund within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Return shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a proof of the date of receipt, your order number and the original invoice. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, if not otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@hippibo.gr.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hippibo.gr and send your item to:

In case of eligible returns, shipping costs are refundable only in Greece. If you are in Greece and you receive a refund, the cost of shipping of the returning item will be added to your refund via the same way you have paid. In order for shipping costs to be refundable you have to return the items through the same courier you received your order.

International Returns: If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
