1. Placing an initial order
To place an order, one must fill in the Order Form that is provided by the representative of the manufacturing company. The Order Form should indicate the current date, as well as the date of the delivery. The method of payment must be specified, and the form must be signed by both the company representative and the purchaser. An order can also be placed online or by e-mail at sales@hippibo.gr.
2. Confirmation of Order:
After an order has been placed, the deposit of 30% of the total amount has to be made, in order to begin its production right away. The time of delivery is counted from the day that the transfer has been successfully completed and appears in our account. After that, the manufacturing company will inform the purchaser about the final upcoming delivery of the order. The company has the right to cancel or diminuire all orders due to force majeurse or other circumstances beyond the companie’s control.
3. Reorder Confirmation
A reorder is made, after being sent in written form, at sales@hippibo.gr. You can also Order Online http://hippibo.gr using our b2b platform, by logging in with the personal data given to you by the company at the time of your registration.
4. Modifications
4a. Alterations to the Original Design: Any alteration to the original design (custom made orders) has to be indicated on the Order Form and will be charged with an additional 20% on the catalogue price.
4b. Fitting Adjustments: “Sur Mesure” orders (production in the exact body measurements of a bride) have an additional cost of 20% on the catalogue price. Your delivery also comes with a repair kit.
4c. Plus Size Orders: Our wedding dresses can be made at any size. For sizes larger than 48 (Italian sizing chart) there is an additional cost of 20%.
*The extra 20% charge applies only once. For example, if a bride is size 54 (IT), wants to order her dress in her exact measurements and wishes to make alterations to the model, she will only be charged with an extra 20% once.
4d. Available Colors: All dresses can be made in any other color, in consultation with the designer.
5. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 6-8 weeks. In case of a rush delivery, in which priority is given to your order, there is an additional cost of 20% for delivery at 4-6 weeks and an additional cost of 30% for delivery at 2-4 weeks. Also be reminded that shipping time is not included in this frame and may vary, depending on the location of the purchaser. In case a change of color is required, the delivery time will take more than 12 weeks.
Hippibo remains closed during August. This period of time should not be included in the time of delivery.
6. Product Shipping
The shipping of the order is arranged by the manufacturing company right after the payment has been successfully transferred to the company’s account. The merchandise is shipped via courier, with which the manufacturing company works in close cooperation, with favorable pricing. The transport costs are paid by the purchaser and they are included in the final invoice. In case of loss or damage, the responsibility lies with the purchaser, and the insurance of the merchandise is their obligation, if they decide to do so. If the purchaser prefers that the shipment is made by a different courier, the manufacturing company should be informed in written form in advance.
7. Method of Payment
Payment is made by depositing 30% of the total cost at the time of the confirmation of the order, and the remaining 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing on the Order Form, or an e-mail. Full payment will be confirmed by a receipt/pays lip, by bank transfer document, or proof of deposit. Payment must be completed within 8 weeks’ time, counting from the delivery date that has been estimated since the order has been confirmed, with the deposit of 30% of the amount. If the purchaser cannot make the final payment, since the products cannot be kept in store for a longer period of time, the deposit will be lost and the order will be called off.
8a. Commitment to Cooperation Terms
The purchaser, by completing the Order Form, complies with the terms and conditions of cooperation and is not entitled to breach them.
